  Please dont use kessler direct kitchens in kilmarnock, I bought a kitchen from Alan the owner we paid cash upfront for the kitchen, we were told kessler make their kitchens to order if you want it we can make for you, well a few days before fitting we were told they couldnt get some of the kitchen in time as the supplier didnt have what we were looking for, so we had to change the kitchen a bit to suit kessler direct, when the fitters arrived some of the important parts of the kitchen where missing, I was told by annmarie just get your money back and buy one online, even though we had paid in full for a service from kessler direct, I have left the shop twice in tears as I was told by Alan the owner its not life or death my kitchen wasnt finished, I had bn left without a hob for over a week, the aftercare from the Kilmarnock store has been shocking, we had to get John from the warehouse to rectify all the mistakes made by the Kilmarnock store, nearly 3 weeks on its still not finished!!
